Tasting notes:
The pronounced, vibrant cherry colour and clear, solid appearance tell of a
hearty rosé. Intense and refined on the nose, with cranberry, wild
strawberry and wild rose accents prominent among the vinous and malty
aromas. In the mouth, the fruit is to the fore, mellowing the impact of the
alcohol. The richness of the wine leaves a long, flavourful finish.
Food matching:
Worth trying with courgette and speck tortelli, cooked ham, onion and
cherry tomato frittata as well as breads such as a classic pizza, Genoese
farinata or focaccia from Puglia
