SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
The LCBO requires a minimum of 24-36 hours to process an order. Please expect
a minimum of two business days before your order can be scheduled for delivery.
Rush orders are possible but will be subject to a surcharge.
We deliver from Monday to Friday in the GTA. Arrangements for delivery outside
the GTA and other parts of Ontario can be made but delivery typically takes
approximately one week.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Loss or damage of goods should be notified to Mondo Wines and
to the carrier immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify us or the carrier in a
timely manner (24 Hours) may result in the denial of liability. Note: All products
returned that are not deemed defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
NOTE
In the Province of Ontario one must be at least 19 years of age to
purchase, drink or receive an alcohol order. Acceptance of the disclaimer
regarding being of legal age to shop for alcohol upon entry into our website is
lawful and binding.
